The best unit conversion program I've found: small, fast, versatile. It also finds combined units (not just a single unit like Joule...) A great addition is Wolfgang Rautenberg's unitman, which allows to completly customize the unitmenu :-)

Very nice program. The only flaw is that it is not configurable. Therefore it works very well for textbook examples, but can lead to funny results in more specialized applications.
