Dr. Urroz has made these two volumes available for download by chapter at http://www.infoclearinghouse.com. Most chapters cost $2.99 to download and many of them are available for free. If you download all of the chapters, the cost is about the same as downloading the books at Greatunpublished.com (where hard copies can still be ordered).
