Description: Calculates the radial spectrum of a square matrix. Useful for numeric methods for solving a linear system via iterative methods (Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel, or SOR).

Description (2): Sirve para calcular el radio espectral de una matriz cuadrada. Esto es de mucha utilidad en la materia de Metodos Numéricos pues nor permite averiguar si nuestra matriz iterativa converge o no cuando resolvemos un sistema lineal mediante procesos iterativos (Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel o SOR).
