| Description: | Graphically represents the state of the stresses or strains, using Mohr's Circle. The program performs the necessary calculations to find the principal directions and principal values of a symmetric tensor in XYZ Cartesian coordinates, and the maximum values for the shear stress or shear strain. In-plane case, the stress or strain that act on plane defined by angle θxy (counterclockwise positive), the program additionally shows the normal stresses or strains, shear stresses or strains, and the angle necessary for the stresses or strains to be maximum. In a three-dimensional case, the stress or strain act on plane defined by normal vector VNP (three-dimensional vector), the program additionally shows the normal and shear stress or strain vectors. | |
| Description (2): | Esta es una rutina o programa para representar gráficamente el estado de los esfuerzos o deformaciones, mediante el Círculo de Mohr. El programa realiza los cálculos necesarios para hallar las direcciones y valores principales de un tensor simétrico en coordenadas cartesianas XYZ, así como los valores máximos para el esfuerzo o deformación tangencial. En un caso bidimensional, colocando un ángulo de giro, el programa mostrará adicionalmente los esfuerzos o deformaciones normales y tangenciales, y el ángulo necesario para que los esfuerzos o deformaciones sean máximos. En un caso tridimensional, colocando un vector normal a un plano, el programa mostrará adicionalmente los vectores normales y tangenciales de esfuerzos o deformaciones, así como sus respectivos módulos. | |
