| Description: | Nine main astronomical programs included in a directory to calculate SEASON begin (exact or fast), deltaT (TT-UT), —>WK.D (week day), JD—> (date to Julian Day), JD—> (reverse), —>epsilon (Earth axial tilt), —>TROPIC.YR —>SID(Sidereal Time), with great precision according to Astronomical Algorithms, 2nd edition, by Jean Meeus. The program calculates automatically also: M (µ Anomaly of the Sun), M´ (µ Anomaly of the Moo), F (µArg LatMoon), D (µElong Moon from Sun), deta¥ (Nutation in longit longitude), deltaEpsilon (Nutation in obliquity), Oméga (µLongAscendNode Moon). It also includes the equation of time according to abridged version VSOP1987, together with alpha Sun's Ascension and delta Sun's Declination, both with errors less than a fraction of a second. It calculates also: L0 (Sun geometric mean longitude), C (Sun equation Centre), O/ß (Sun true geocentric longitude/latitude), Lamda (Sun apparent Longitude), nu (Sun true anomaly) and R (distance Sun centre to Earth centre). There are also two small conversion programs to calculate T->Date (T in hundred of centuries after 2000 back to the original date and hour) and —>Teph (Terrestrial time to Ephemerid time). | |
